About us

Real Time Survey is a small scale surveying company with a large skill set.

Meet the Team

We started working together six years ago, quickly forming a successful relationship delivering significant infrastructure projects and land development in New Zealand. Real Time Survey now combine a range of different skills, knowledge and experience to offer unique business solutions to Civil, Infrastructure and Land Development, ensuring the involvement and success of our clients on the journey.

Stewart

Surveyor / Director

Stew founded Real Time Survey with Kieran in 2020. Growing up in Wellington, he has worked as a surveyor in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Construction surveying is Stew’s focus. With over 10 years’ experience surveying, Stew has worked on numerous projects ranging from basic residential builds to multi span bridges and large-scale bulk earthworks sites.

Stew is inspired by a challenge and loves to be involved in the construction process, helping create infrastructure for the future.

When he isn’t working, you’ll find him mountain biking, surfing or out on an adventure with his wife and kids.

Kieran

Surveyor / Director

Kieran was part of the establishment of Real Time Survey Ltd in 2020 and with Stewart has continued it’s development to establish the company it is today. He has over 15 years’ experience in the surveying and construction industry, working in New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom on projects ranging from residential topographical surveys, multi lot land development projects, and multibillion-dollar infrastructure projects. Being both on the tools and leading teams, Kieran has a passion for Surveying and the industry and enjoys helping Real Time clients with their projects. Away from work Kieran is kept busy with a young family, supporting the mighty Canterbury Crusaders, and when time and the weather permits diving around the Wellington Region.

Lawrence

Senior Surveyor

Lawrence joined Real Time Survey in 2022. Originally from Fiji, Lawrence and his family moved to Wellington in 2013. Lawrence has extensive experience in construction and structures survey, including multi span bridges.

In quieter times, Lawrence spends his time with his young family.

Petr

Designer/Modeller

Petr joined Real Time Survey in 2022. He brings 15 years of survey experience and has worked on major roading projects in New Zealand and Ireland.

Petr’s focus is on structures, 3d modelling & design, and drafting.

When not surveying, Petr enjoys mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, and travelling abroad.

Sarah

Town planner

Sarah has worked with Real Time Survey since November 2021. She brings her environmental sciences background to the company and works on the Resource Consent Applications.

Sarah has kids who keep her busy when not working, and loves reading, camping, and spending time outdoors.
